We know that pi (one of the famous mathematical constants, and not that pastry) is an irrational number, that is can’t be expressed as a fraction x/y, where x and y are integers and y are non-zero. Yet pi can be expressed as 22/7. Contradiction? Please take a look at these interesting readings:
